I disagree What in the world makes you think a buy back would increase the PPS ? For one its only 50 million dollars and IMO it would be used to stabilize the PPS not increase it . Look how fast the PPS was brought down from 1.30 to .80 If and I do not believe so they used the buy back to increase the price it would be slammed down within weeks
