Seems like they chose to submit to MHRA after the EMA umbilical cord was cut. Whether L actually works may not be as important to MHRA as having little to no side effects, thereby avoiding any bad press.
Don't you think that if there was no chance of MHRA approval and the vaccine was as bad as you make out it would have been rejected weeks in not months ago? It was submitted for approval in December, now almost April and still no rejection.
