Wr1tersEdge, Walt's pursued this case too adamantly to have settled for pennies, IMO. Any decent sized settlement gives the company an easy means to payoff Cornell. How do you think the market would perceive that?
any settlement only cleans up the balance sheet. that makes me more comfotable with my investment. the market will factor this in as it see's fit but i will be happy none the less. of course the higher the price the happier i'll be
btw, can't post the doc, but there are others here who have PACER access who can confirm the filing.
and, i can't just copy and paste any of it b/c it was a paper filing that was scanned (most of the other docs have been PDFs that came straight from Word so you can easily select text excerpts). nonetheless, there was little else in the filing that hasn't already been described here.
as for mkt reaction, yeah it's incredibly exciting for all of us who have been following INRA and it'll take time for the mkt to catch up, but it also totally depends on the settlement terms (and $$$$$$ amount) and if/when mgmt announces it.
if the rumored amount is even remotely accurate, the "efficient market" will invariably take the pps up. WAY UP!!
It is kind of up to us as well to effect on the price by not letting go our long kept, precious INRAs so fast and so many of them. IMO, for us the INRA veterans tomorrow should not be selling day, rather be a sit and watch day.
