btw, can't post the doc, but there are others here who have PACER access who can confirm the filing.

and, i can't just copy and paste any of it b/c it was a paper filing that was scanned (most of the other docs have been PDFs that came straight from Word so you can easily select text excerpts). nonetheless, there was little else in the filing that hasn't already been described here.

as for mkt reaction, yeah it's incredibly exciting for all of us who have been following INRA and it'll take time for the mkt to catch up, but it also totally depends on the settlement terms (and $$$$$$ amount) and if/when mgmt announces it.

if the rumored amount is even remotely accurate, the "efficient market" will invariably take the pps up. WAY UP!!
