The proportion of Neurologists/Physiatrist who actually inject for CD is even smaller compared to Spasticity and CM.

Insurances will dictate most of the usage. Offices do not have time for PA’s and step edits. It’s just the nature of the beast.

So many factors at play here. The toxin market is already crowded.

According to the PI there are no dosing recommendations for each muscle. There seems to be no consensus among docs. Are they leaving it up to each injector? They better get this launch correct. Obviously there is no dose to dose comparison vs any other toxin.

I just think it’s truly going to come down to pricing.
