Im not buying what he said. I looked at recent filing 10q and I've never seen so many converts. Revenue was down. every 40 days the OS goes up. This company is a share selling scam to stay afloat. Theyre going to have to RS 1 for 100 to get on nasdaq. Problem is,,,thwy will keep the 1billion share AS.
There is still a lot of convertible debt on the books and new convertible debt being initiated to this day. I thought they PRd no more convertible loans moving forward but yet in December, they created new debt with future conversions.

The company has been around for over 20 years if it is that stable and has such a strong client base, they should be able to support growth without issuing convertibles. This space is very aggressive and there are several companies going out and getting business. Due to the lack of growth in such a strong space, they need a new CEO.
