Total: 98.7 million unofficial shares held by just 17 of us. The tradeable Float is only 56 million shares. See that DD here, and correct me if i am wrong.,,..but without dilution since last May and adding up all the Beneficial Owners shares, which equal 640 million …and DTC shares on OTC SS showing 696 million…..::: 56 million shares tradeable:
Now lets assume for arguments that 20% of these shares are from untruthful posts…sorry to be so blunt lol and i dont think so, but for arguments sake. And lets assume that of the about 40 mil volume DLOC had this week, that half those shares were sold by the above people…..i dont think so but again for argument sake. So thats minus 20 million shares and minus 20 million shares, of 40 mil shares. Minus the 98 million and we have 58 million shares left……..STILL more then the tradeable Float!
If there is anyone who knows the working of the Broker or MM world, please respond …as to why or how this is even possible. Can MMs still use the entire OS shares by borrowing them to set the Market? Can they use our own retail shareholders shares to do same…or use the Beneficial Owners 640 million shares?
Or are they simply the infamous ‘air shares’ that dont exist……ever since paper stock certificates were used, maybe MMs will never run out of shares cause digital?
Also…if anyone has access to Level 3 to see the shares put above say .25 cents for 60 days and locked…mine are @ .77 cents……this way screenshots could prove those shares…and i hope everyone here considers locking shares up cant hurt and can always unlock and sell of you want.
Anyways…….at some point with the right news and this over abundance of held Float and shares by us….. if news is good to great….could you imagine how fast L2 will fly?
