…the tradeable Float is only 56 million:


….just count all the shares below….the 3 Insiders shares as we see total 426 million…then 2 other Beneficial Owners own 154 mil and 60 mil….add this up and its 640 million shares held as now by Insiders (sweeeeet)… (btw :: SS updated on Feb 12th OTC and no change since the below Insider/Beneficial Ownership shares pictured were recorded earlier this year)


Then as we see in the OTC SS picture….696 million shares held at the DTC which is the actual tradeable Float…


So: 696 million minus 640 million equals = 56 million shares.

!56 million tradeable Float. And as we see it trades like it even down here around .003…..sometimes the last two days there was already a brief .0005/7 spread between bid and ask.

But even with a fully diluted 1 billion Float if that happens with dilution…..what they are working on being so big…..this as we know is not a bad SS either worst case scenario…..that could easily still run to pennies with a billion OS and say a 400 mil Float.


BUT: what happens now w such a tiny 56 mil Float? Anything could happen if people start to accumulate and hold. As the poster said that is a big ‘if’….but if we continue to get more buying in days ahead its not gonna take hundreds of millions to move it big north…..not even many tens of millions……just millions.:
