Awesome….ok so thats: 49,500,000 unofficial shares held. Now of course no way of knowing if anyone is telling the truth…and everyone could sell some or all next day we wouldnt know…so do not take this as investment advice from me or this board or anyone here…but i suspect people telling truth cause it aint a big deal ..we are all adults who probably have been burned many times in OTC and are not revealing these numbers to play games……and ive seen many of the names above for weeks or months on this DLOC board….and we all just really want to know the truth.
Anyways…..minus 56 million tradeable Float and we have 6.5 mil shares left. And thats just w 12 people reporting…may penny stocks being so cheap have dozens or hundreds of people who own 100,000 or so shares……but this is rather incredible to see that the Float may be already locked if no one sells anytime soon. Now many sell to get to free shares and for flips and smaller gains and to pay bills etc and etc……but i think at some point…..even with that, well there could be dozens or even hundreds now wanting in after last weeks PR update and the DD they may have now seen…….and it should be more then enough to absorb any sells.
IF dilution finally begins though of course this could all fall apart. Though again i think thats when 100 or more on sidelines would step in and buy the dip. …We shall see…but OTC SS updated Friday and no change to SS now since last May, 2023….that is why i am really doing this share count too….if there was active dilution i would and will stop cause of course everything changes……then i may wait till proven when its done and start this again but that could be months later……so probably if dilution starts i will just stop these posts…
And ive always wondered how many shares each active MM needs to set market? Though these days it could be virtual air shares of some digital kind as everything is online….?….but wish we had an ex-Brokerage or MM employee here who could shed light on how it works these days…..but until then, the float is unofficially shrunk as of today, bigtime. I mean insanely bigtime. Level 2 as recorded last week, at times already had a brief spread now and then of like .0025 to .0031/2……so if the spread is that much this cheap, then it does point to a tiny tiny Float….thats a spread you usually get around .019 to .0197.
So Bravo guys…..and if your not in for a flip, dont need the money this week for bills and can hold all or most above…just this week…what could happen by Friday close with just this ‘power of the Hold’ the dozen of us alone may have?
……im holding long and wanna see this new wireless tech possibly come to fruition…………and see if we all can get to 56 mil shares held equalling Float…..then what would happen out of curiosity….? We would have an unofficial documented float lock case on our hands….
…ok will update this share count next Friday after close of market…the reason is we will have whole weekend with no trades so that will be more accurate then say updating number on a Tuesday, when people could just sell the next three days, and w any rally they will…
