Well if MTD is eventually denied , the discovery and trial process has to go through the usual length unless there is a settlement . If they had given the formula first time around it would have shortened it by few months . This has only prolonged the process. I would agree that judge has given them olive branch by giving another chance . I would assume that lot of other judges would have said - I gave you a chance to provide me what I asked and you still did it so that’s that and would have granted MTD

Disagree with you on the law point, but more material is the question of "how this formula can work?"

How can NWBO say they have a formula that sells shares on Jun 20 and an input variable is the closing price on Jul 12?
