Why would ANY of the points change your mind about the Dec 4 letter wording being inappropriate for no news after 2 months? Offline chatter about WHY they don't have a deal? Really?

I should have included the TFLN info as part of the reason for the price increase. Anything that shows competition falling short increases the odds that the industry will be more receptive to perkamine. BUT - it's unrelated to the Dec 4 letter - unless you want to think the TFLN failures are grounds for renegotiating a deal with better terms, or something like that...too convenient imo.

I don't give much credence to Dr Lebby's "excitement". I'd be excited too if I knew shareholders would let me take $2.6m from them!

Your #1 is intriguing, but if it is anything like your list of validations in the sticky - It is just more pie in the sky stuff.

You are trying to lead on investors here. If you cannot post your information, why post at all. We have seen enough of people here with inside information that are unwilling to expose what they claim to know. I know something but I cannot tell you but it is great but I cannot divulge it. Strangely something happening on this board that happened to me back on Jan. 7th and I had to go back and check my postings to confirm: Right now the listing time has posts go from 9:37 to 9:55, and yours is at 9:44 so your post is not within the list on this board and I only got to it as someone responded to you. Of course I do not have you on ignore or anything like that so not sure why this happens sometimes.

Anyway, not looking for anything insider or unusual regarding your information (which is wonderful) but out of curiousity am wondering whether you asked Dr. Lebby if you could post his quote/response to you publicly... tia
