Sounds like denial to me:

Why would ANY of the points change your mind about the Dec 4 letter wording being inappropriate for no news after 2 months? Offline chatter about WHY they don't have a deal? Really?

I should have included the TFLN info as part of the reason for the price increase. Anything that shows competition falling short increases the odds that the industry will be more receptive to perkamine. BUT - it's unrelated to the Dec 4 letter - unless you want to think the TFLN failures are grounds for renegotiating a deal with better terms, or something like that...too convenient imo.

I don't give much credence to Dr Lebby's "excitement". I'd be excited too if I knew shareholders would let me take $2.6m from them!

Your #1 is intriguing, but if it is anything like your list of validations in the sticky - It is just more pie in the sky stuff.
