The Whelans have the rights to billions of shares due to the convertible debt that they hold

The do not have possession of the shares until they convert the loans and thus can not currently "unload" them.

where do you see 22 billion shares in the hands of Whelans? Laughable. There are just about 25 billion shares issued. No shares have been issued in the recent past so???? how exactly are they unloading shares through proxies? they aren't. In fact, the Whelans have forgone interest for YEARS on all of the money owed to them.
