imklo. whelans have 22 billion shares which they occasionally unload through proxies. my figure may be off,
too high or too low, but the dynamic is accurate. besides general incompetence and uncaring, why do you
think Kelly has kept the utterly absurd, self-defeating--to biel-- share structure for years?
it's all a shame because the products are terrific and in good hands would find a nice niche in the vast pain space.
