They terminated their solid tumor phase 1 pipeline and are looking forward to the new phase 3 trial deals. What is the best deal possible out there in the world?

Perhaps Merck only spends 10 to 15 billion for 10% of NWBO and assumes production responsibilities for western hemisphere of which NWBO receives a hefty royalty on those vaccines produced along with other fees associated with the treatment.
