Perhaps Merck only spends 10 to 15 billion for 10% of NWBO

One could buy 10% on the market at these prices for under $100M. Why on earth would they pay the 10+B for that?

Further, there is no way a BP will ever be interested in a minority partnership with LP.

If a BP wants -L they will either take full rights to in in exchange for cash, milestones and royalties. Or they will buy NWBO.

Last person to invest 10+% in NWBO was totally screwed by LP.
