From the recent news Coretec I believe has a corporate development the could involve a partnership or merger as we all are pondering but it could be more to it than just Endurion , but a restructuring of the company as a whole to help Endurion and financing and be beneficial to Coretec as a company as a whole to create longevity so they can achieve all their goals beyond Endurion as their silicon has other applications plus we have C-Space that needs time to complete . Check this out great read !

The Coretec Group leadership appreciates the patience from investors and stakeholders and looks forward to sharing notable developments, including the latest news on the Endurion program, in the near future.

Under heading Implementing Strategies for Corporate Development is were I have highlighted numbers 1,2 and 6

My thoughts on this article In this detailed explanation of the Corporate Development world and what it is and what it involves I like to think that this new Corporate Development at Coretec involves numbers #1 OR #2 and # 6 ( which would involve the Hedge Fund Armistice ) They are the activist hedge fund that financed the company plan to commercialize Coretec products. I remember a while back when Coretec was very active in looking at potential mergers candidates they said there institutional investor supported a merger with someone Coretecs update on that venture said they had not found the value they wanted so they never merged with anyone. I still think that this is a possibility as well for a Big partnership with someone but I do think Armistice has some pull here in Coretecs decision as this article states is, #6 , that hedge fund investors can have influence and advice for a company Corporate development decisions even though they can't force Coretecs hand but can give their opinion and supportive advice to the Corporate development team at Coretec

After about 6-7 years and going broke, it is more than patience! But Penny stock owners must lay it on heavy sometimes just to stay afloat, as a great % of P-Co's have the back door open all the time! This Co' has potential, but their potential index is drifting lower despite the claims! When you have to deal with money, Co's who are unwilling to take chances in this uncertain economy....and the influence of AI promising to bring a number of advanced products to market, & much quicker, CRTG has to use the latest Technologies to move along quicker or the potential won't be there any longer!
