From the recent news Coretec I believe has a corporate development the could involve a partnership or merger as we all are pondering but it could be more to it than just Endurion , but a restructuring of the company as a whole to help Endurion and financing and be beneficial to Coretec as a company as a whole to create longevity so they can achieve all their goals beyond Endurion as their silicon has other applications plus we have C-Space that needs time to complete . My thoughts on this article In this detailed explanation of the Corporate Development world and what it is and what it involves I like to think that this new Corporate Development at Coretec involves numbers #1 OR #2 and # 6 ( which would involve the Hedge Fund Armistice ) They are the activist hedge fund that financed the company plan to commercialize Coretec products. I remember a while back when Coretec was very active in looking at potential mergers candidates they said there institutional investor supported a merger with someone Coretecs update on that venture said they had not found the value they wanted so they never merged with anyone. I still think that this is a possibility as well for a Big partnership with someone but I do think Armistice has some pull here in Coretecs decision as this article states is, #6 , that hedge fund investors can have influence and advice for a company Corporate development decisions even though they can't force Coretecs hand but can give their opinion and supportive advice to the Corporate development team at Coretec
