Not only that, but even for buyouts, companies such as Regeneron know this ‘crush the little startups’ occurs, so they just bypass the games and buy out a company for a ten multiple premium.

Not to mention, the alleged "longs" here would lose their minds if someone had the gall to imply NWBO may get bought out for a mere 10x ($7B). How dare you blaspheme this company with such garbage valuations.

Yeh, you're right. I'd appreciate if NWBO made intelligent management decisions and got the share price up so that dilution slows down. I really would have appreciated it if they started 4 years and 500 million shares ago.

But value is what someone is willing to pay . I value my home as priceless more than a billion dollar , that doesn’t mean someone will pay me that
And I don’t know of any buyout by a BP ( at least worth 1B MC ) at 10 times or 1000% the SP at the time of deal . I don’t know of any at even 5
At that MC it’s usually some premium over the current MC/SP, but almost always less than 50-100% at the max with rare exceptions that I have seen
