But value is what someone is willing to pay . I value my home as priceless more than a billion dollar , that doesn’t mean someone will pay me that
And I don’t know of any buyout by a BP ( at least worth 1B MC ) at 10 times or 1000% the SP at the time of deal . I don’t know of any at even 5
At that MC it’s usually some premium over the current MC/SP, but almost always less than 50-100% at the max with rare exceptions that I have seen
