CTN Clinical Trials Notification. This is the Australian equivalent to the FDA's IND or the EMA's Clinical Trials Application. Just a few quick additions/changes to sage4's excellent list*:

CDR-SB Clinical Dementia Rating Scale - Sum of Boxes

OR should be Odds Ratio (not Odd Ratio, even if that's sometimes the case)

TLR should be Top Line Results (not Top Line Record)

Not technical by any means, but you might want a category for acronyms specific to this message board, e.g., TGD (The Good Doctor, i. e., CEO Christopher Missling), CM (Christopher Missling), and WGT (We Got This; helpful for newcomers but maybe not worth the fight over a desired explanation of its meaning).

and, Falconer...I can't tell if exclamations are snark, sarcasm, declarations, honest comments etc. Wish people just would write what they really think.

Falconer: another acronym for your list:
PM: Precision Medicine (just kinda dribbling them in here when I don't find them on sage4's "master list"*)

BTW, I think your plan to include definitions would create a lot more work than is called for. I'd leave them out. Interested people can easily look them up; it's not our/your problem if a person isn't even that interested. I see acronyms themselves as different, since a single acronym often has numerous corresponding meanings, making them a pain to google.
