The company previously stated that they'd say when the MAA was accepted. I believe that they can delay slightly to maximize the impact, but they committed to tell investors and I'm certain that they will.

I don't believe we'll ever learn whether they were asked to make some changes, or not. The longer it takes to get the confirmation, the more likely changes were requested, but I very much doubt that they'll ever say so.

I agree with most of this post, thanks Senti.

Although we do know that some companies (like Vertex and CRISPR most recently) do choose to announce the validation of the application. I wonder why (I'm not being sarcastic).

Anywho, I also believe this is a moot point and we should move on. Approval is next. That's what's important.

Stop. Just stop it Senti. You don’t know what a validation report is. You don’t know the difference between the Cambridge article and acceptance. Are you accusing Vertex of something? No. If NWBO doesn’t want to defend their PPS, that’s their thing. You have the board. I’m done posting until news.

Name one company to get in trouble for PR’ing acceptance.

BTW, Ive texted the company very recently.

You don’t run the company either.

Last time this issue was addressed to Dave, he stated if they bothered to PR PIP, why wouldn’t they PR milestones, and when asked if they’d promptly PR acceptance, he stated it’s a milestone.

Quit hating on Dave.

I truly believe we are all good with the MAA and it is now in the process of moving towards a decision within the 150 day timeframe.
I also believe in Dave Innes statement in his letter to investors “which is only the beginning of what can potentially follow” is a statement that points to more news in the near future.
I also remember LP telling investors that there would be no reason for them to not submit to multiple RA’s on concurrently and I fully expect with the size and complexity of the MHRA submission that this is close at hand.
As investors we now have to sit back and evaluate just how close we are to many more nuggets that NWBO may provide us over the coming months.
In the meantime those that challenge the validity of this company on a daily basis will continue to force a capitulation which will never happen. As the nuggets are thrown the dam holding back the inevitable will crack and eventually burst washing away all those that have opposed this company.
I am looking forward to the cracks that start appearing in those ranks because it will inevitably lead to a gold rush that benefits us all.
Hold onto your nuggets and know what you hold, generational wealth will be your reward. IMO
Happy New Year to all the supporters of NWBO

Didn’t DI reply in email to someone that Acceptance or validation is a milestone ?
And suddenly from milestone it has become a non event, casual book keeping .
If one needs to learn moving or changing the goal posts , one should read this forum .

Sent, I truly respect your opinion and all the invaluable input you have contributed to this board over many years. However, announcing a "validation confirmation" is a very big deal and a milestone. IMHO, it should be announced.

Announcing the confirmation would send a real positive message to the biotech and investor community that NWBO has made progress on the DCVax-L submittal.

Other companies have announced validation confirmation why not NWBO?

Long NWBO!

I totally agree with this senti. Validation is generally just a formality, as I’m sure it is in Northwest Bio’s case. Admittedly, I corrected BrightBoy about the technical difference between initial confirmation of receipt, and the actual validation of the application, but geez, the validation issue has been blown way out of proportion on this board and made to be way bigger than it ever should have been.

Most companies don’t issue a press release for both the submission and validation of the application, but rather just issue a press release that the application was submitted OR accepted, once the application has been validated and officially accepted. Because Northwest Bio’s application was twice delayed beyond Northwest Bio’s own projections, and many were anxiously awaiting the news that it had finally been submitted, I think Northwest Bio chose to release that news as soon as it happened, just to relieve investors before the holidays. I think it’s safe to assume that the application has been validated, assessment has started, and the countdown to approval has begun.
