While the company did indirectly indicate (privately) to specific shareholders that they would announce acceptance (major milestones), I too believe if you were to ask/contact them now, they would provide you with a different answer.

Flip - Undoubtedly they have accepted the application by now. Acceptance of the submittal package will not change my investment strategy or the unethical strategy of the Market Makers. The less they tell the Market Makers the better. Hopefully we get a 60 day review and the shorts get caught with their pants down.

Oct 13th PR said, “ The Company plans to provide updates when the delivery is made to the publisher and when the MAA is submitted.”

Don’t see any PR that says they would announce “acceptance”. Don’t think that’s necessary either.
