I’ll grab the MSA and let you know with specifics when I have time, but you clearly have no idea how subcontracting agreements work in this, and really any, areas.

For starters, Advent is not allowed to do anything in the manufacturing facility without NWBO’s approval. That alone is enough.

I can almost guarantee the MSA is a cost plus contract with the firm fixed minimum fee that we already know of.
