Ex actually makes the perfect point and all you can do is hand wave.

Advent books ALL REVENUE, ...

If this ever gets approved ( which I doubt) NWBO stands to make a small royalty fee, around 15% , and that 's AFTER expenses.
NWBO is already 10x overvalued even with a miraculous approval

However, Advent can manufacture for any other company they want going forward.... In my opinion, your lovely CEO screwed all of you and diluted NWBO into nothing while having you all fund a very solid, private company that she owns and you guys do not!!!!

These are my opinions and based on facts that I have gathered

Let me know who the other bidding CDMOs were for the DCVax production contract. You know, the ones that didn't have LP negotiating with LP on terms?

We already know Cognate and Advent had ridiculously friendly terms of getting paid for "holding vaccine capacity" while they spent years not producing any vaccines.

For starters, Advent is not allowed to do anything in the manufacturing facility without NWBO’s approval. That alone is enough.

Read your own quote back to yourself! Whom from NWBO would be able to give Advent approval to "do anything"? That "negotiation" involves one person and her mirror.
