An 8 year quiet period to compose DC Vax L for GBM/rGBM Treatment MAA.....then a subsequent PPS.....$0.63 without any clear expectations.

My perspective is.....a product of enormous potential being processed by an inept disgusting management. At every expected turn in the road NWBO has failed to negotiate.
