I appreciate you sharing your findings. It makes perfect sense that licensing deal announcements first hinge on the outcome of key patents. They can do all the negotiating & wordsmithing up front, but for a company to sign on the line, the "Official grant" or "issuances" are the outcomes you like to see in the rearview before signing and drawing up press releases.
I plan to be back to a steady program of dollar cost averaging to accumulate what I can between now and the next signed deal. All the naysayer's trying to pull the shareprice down, if successful, just adds to a greater return in the future.
