How is 'his blessing' to the company of now reporting financials only annually, reassuring to the stockholders? Why, since it is HIS 'blessing', that makes that decision better? Because HE is a stockholders and HE says it is OK, so now all OTHER stockholders should agree with him, that this decision is OK? Just because he has MUCH to lose due to all his loans to the company? That means everything will turn out rosy? NO!. Some people make bad investments. It's done all the time. This looks, as this is all going, seems to be one of them.

Funny that he has become the spokesperson for this company lately. Has the self appointed CEO lost the respect of her stockholders? I think the answer is obvious and why ------- .0002/.0003 stock price.
