Dr Staelin is the COB, BIEL could not have moved to the annual reporting without his blessing

He did NOT say that he would no longer loan money to BIEL.

He made a 'Safe Harbor Statement' that declared there was no guarantee that BIEL could obtain financing in the future. Similar statements have been in BIEL's Financial Reports for years.
