microchips, I disagree as I think Dr. Lebby is still within the Dec. 4 letter time frame.
My take is that one or some commercial agreements were partially through their negotiation stage, which prompted the 27 day possible close estimate. (Dec. 4 letter date to end of 2023) Didn't happen, that we know of, but that distinct possibility was mentioned. ("we can't guarantee that we will do so", in reference to year end close)

I, personally, allowed 90 days.
What will I do at the end of the 90 days, if no announced agreement(s)? I'll hang tight.
The last paragraph of the Dec. 4 shareholder letter, is the most positive paragraph Dr. Lebby has ever issued. In fact, each individual sentence in that paragraph could be a PR on it's own.
I seriously doubt they would risk painting themselves into a corner like this, if they were not in possession of information which will bear this out.

2024 Goals & Final Thoughts

In 2023, we validated our business plan with the initial commercialization of our technology. Our progress was further validated by positive discussions for potential future licensing agreements with a variety of companies. Our technology continues to be recognized for driving innovative change in our industry.

Unfortunately, much of your observation has been the company MO for a long time.

I am flummoxed by many of the longs here that not only have no interest in accountability but aggressively reject the notion that it should be expected.

I have come to the conclusion that there is some shared psychological condition by a core group here that prevents them from embracing any objectively.

Seems very similar to dogmatic religious or political beliefs. Somewhere holding an objective and open minded perspective gets canceled.

A complete waste of time, energy and resources to point out contradictions and fallacies. A non-starter.
