Completely agree.

It moved from the 40's to the 50's, stagnated; then from the 50's to the 60's, and again, stagnated.

I think it's all from the same reason: news had leaked (maybe 2.5% from LIBOR coming to COOP), but then for whatever reason, the news leaked that there was a delay, which, in both cases, caused the stagnation and a slight pull-back.

After all, there's litigation and settlements involved. Delays happen.
