those that signed releases gave up all past rights to any values in WAMU....they are not shareholders in the old company anymore... they were given values in the new emerged company called WMIH... any LIBOR settlements will go to the FDIC as part of the Receivership , which the FDIC would have taken anyway if LIBOR was settled before the Takeover...probably JPM will get the money as they took over all Banking assets of WAMU....Lodas
