My point is that if the dropouts were more than the 1:2 ratio of placebo to 2-73 participants and it was due to poor responses at 4 weeks, then the average placebo response would not have been as high as reported.
Also, in your last sentence, are you claiming the dropouts' scores are included in baseline though not in the final readings? I find it hard to make sense (or understand logically) how that can be. 😉

Well I don’t know for sure but if I’m a parent and the only hope is this drug I probably will ( with no prior knowledge of its performance or whether my girl is on the drug or not but if I see something just the impression or my imagination believes in a positive impression AND my little girl is actually on the drug I’m probably going embellish some what as i really want to have the drug approved for my little girl so you know these questions are way too subjective in the context that there is way to much emotion involved .. but seizures and the number of seizures or chemical data or size of brains and the like or biomarkers and gene expression with correlation with effect should be given more weight ( much more weight ) so I think I a week or so we see a deeper dive into the data ( hope so anyway ) with many positive impressions
