Yes Sir. I agree. When Thailand was under Military Rule a few years past the ranking General Officer gave two hour talks every week and detailed everything down to keeping toilets clean.

There is SEC duty to report, there is common decency to report and there is optimal communication. NWBO
is under attack. Therefore frequenent communication is wsrranted.
Tbat said there will be nothing to report until MAA scceptance.
BTW I just heard Thailand is 420 same as Cali and Coloraðo.
