Judge Stein quoted an SEC report on "Algorithmic Trading" in his section on "Collusive Activity" noting that NWBO had some of the characteristics that make it a more likely target for spoofing,

“the stocks targeted for spoofing had higher return volatility, lower market capitalization, lower price level, and lower managerial transparency”.

With the company now on the brink of clearing its final hurdle before licencing by the MHRA, I hope that even at this late hour Management takes note of Judge Stein's observation and stops playing it's cards so close to it's chest. Otherwise, the naysayers which infest this board will continue to thrive and the likes of Citadel will not be stopped from hammering NWBO because of the dearth of information about what NWBO is doing and is planning to do (within the bounds of "normal" managerial confidentiality").
