You are Preaching to the Choir, Bro...I have 'Investment properties' in Houston...Scoundrels 'jacked up' the 'Business Real Estate' Insurance premiums everywhere in and around Houston, by adding in "Hail Damage Risk' and 'ICe Damage Risk' and all that nonsense here in Greater Houston just because we got 'One in a 1000 Year' Ice Blizzard in Feb 2021 ( Remember the Big Snow/Ice Blizzard that hit Midwest , including TX, all the way to South of San Antonio?)...Paying $250/month on Insurance for one 'Rental' property not even valuated at $180K...
