You are not being rational about the EU situation; you are spinning. You act as if the announcement that Anavex may submit an MAA to to the EMA is sort of advisory . . . who really knows if it will happen? Instead, it's a virtual certainty to happen -- there are no critical reviews that are going to occur between now and the submission. There is no reason for Anavex to change its mind and decide they don't want the EU Alzheimer's market. The chances of a submission are as close as any future event can get to 100 percent.

You say there is "a chance" the submission will be approved, as if it were improbable. At worst, that "chance" is on the order of 85 percent -- not numbers representing anyone's opinion, but EMA stats. You don't have to like the stats, but you don't get to use alternate facts, either.

You ultimately, as always, fall back on the suggestion Anavex is lying to us. That's not rational, and that's beyond spinning.

You are a fount of irrationality on this subject.
