The only logical reason PMPG has NOT been served an enforcement notice is that reinstatement paperwork and financials have been filed with both the SEC and FINRA. Most likely they are backed up with a end of year rush. I suspect we will be trading again first quarter of next year. That’s my story and I’m sticking with it ! Oh btw, ask PDGood the CEO of a stock that is also SEC reporting why the SEC has not executed his stock, even though it has not filed the late SEC filing filings for 8 years, and he is 8 years late on Nevada fees?
BTW, the SEC created the EM market to save it the time and money of going to court to go through the legal process of executing aka, revoking the shares of late SEC reporting stocks. With no volume the SEC does not give a rats ass about this dead ticker.

Lastly, this stock failed because Toni Hicks was liar or just plain stupid, and he lied about a spin off, of free shares in second firm, he lied about the shares being printed, and even his SEC filings had obvious BS holes in them. I was the first to tell folks that. That is public record.
What is interesting, is in a world full of bashers, in the early days when they were making a deal with during the pandemic, no bashers found any proof that he was not working with the firm PPG bought, and no proof he was not trying to make a deal with PPG.
I do know the telecom they claimed they were working with, was working with them, because I called the engineer in the back office, R&D/Tech center, and he told me they/he had an NDA with PMPG on the telecom part of the Smart Road Turtle.
