The next step is the letter to arrive from the SEC putting PMPG on notice while the ticker should not be revoked. 5 months later PMPG will be REVOKED.

Why the enforcement action hasn’t yet happened is beyond me, but it’s coming


Does it take two years of financials to get off EM? Considering nothing has happened in two years..might be easy to file what needs to be filed to get back current.
