What other excuses can they come up with? This is beyond ridiculous with all the excuses that have been laid out by the company and their pumpers.

-Million pages to be scanned
-1.7 M pages to be scanned
-Project ORBIS
- Automation Automation Automation
-Taking a long time to make sure it done right the first time
-Taking time to learn from the mistakes DNDN made
-Double and Triple Checking
-Dotting the i's and crossing the t's
-Not in our hands but the contractors
-Contractor was unavailable
-Publisher was acquired
-Whiffed on their last 3 guidance PRs.
-All small bios take this long
-One time cell therapy, it is difficult

WTF is all of this nonsense. This was data locked in 2020 and it is about to be 2024. No one takes this long anywhere ever. Stop with the BS excuses. It is beyond overdue for just a submission. This is what you call a comedy of errors.

Maverick0408,

Maybe, just maybe a bigger company heard about what a smaller company was working on and wanted in on the action or was directed to it. Gee, has that ever happened before?; ). Hint, think Cognate expansion plans after NWBO had access to data which CRL was advised about from a former associate employee of NWBO. Hmmm. Maybe going BIG really means going REALLY BIG!; ). Since NWBO developed it all in house the ownership belongs to NWBO shareholders without being diluted by some big pharma interest that was not going to be incentivized to develop a partner/competitor that might cause a reduction in the use of some of their products with any sense of urgency. Think about rGBM patients and 50% survival vs 65% with checkpoint inhibitor. Not all patients benefit from temodar and checkpoint inhibitors. Personalized treatment is coming and SOC will be changed to reflect this. Best wishes.
