Since NWBO developed it all in house the ownership belongs to NWBO shareholders without being diluted by some big pharma interest that was not going to be incentivized to develop a partner/competitor that might cause a reduction in the use of some of their products with any sense of urgency. Think about rGBM patients and 50% survival vs 65% with checkpoint inhibitor. Not all patients benefit from temodar and checkpoint inhibitors.
