Toucan owned Cognate, and there was a Cognate management buyout from Toucan about five years ago. CRL acquired Cognate two years ago. NWBO never owned Cognate. On the original 16 clean room suites that went into Memphis (and this might help refine the point IC is attempting to make) it appears NWBO paid for those suites. I have the shipping documentation, the bills of lading, and even the architectural renderings on the Memphis expansion. The Memphis expansion portion appeared to be on Cognates dime. Who currently has ownership of those original 16 suites I don’t know. Could Cognate end up similar to Advent with NWBO owning the equipment……. possibly
