Cognate/CRL has added additional clean room capacity beyond the original 16.

Who currently has ownership of those original 16 suites I don’t know. Could Cognate end up similar to Advent with NWBO owning the equipment……. possibly

NWBO does not own the CRL clean-rooms.

The Advent clean-rooms are "leaseholder improvements". As the facility is under long term lease to Advent, they are sub-leased out as part of the $130K/year lease payment the receive. That lease is good for as long as NWBO has the lease form Huwei.

So yes, $130K a year. Oh, and that does not cover the lease payment to Huwei for the rest of the shell facility.
