I spent some time investigating the same thing yesterday.
I’m going to take Door number 2. I believe she represents, and is the trustee for another party interested in ENCZ.
Again, my opinion. But it appears she may be responsible for clearing the SAGA runway for the ENZC business combination.
She was behind terminating the previous deal with the Arab Entertainment Group,
Dumped Shady Dan, and made it clear Kostner would not be running the new business. That’s probably why Kostner told her to go file her 10,k and quarterlies yourself. Obviously a bit of a mess right now.
It was very interesting to find out how long she has been involved with the company behind the scene. And seemingly unknown, with shares in hand.
So now they just need to clean up trash, and get the job done. I do believe she represents our mystery partner. The ones behind the scene collecting shares the past 2.5 years, and helping the company pay bills and make payroll.
Again, just an opinion in an attempt to connect the dots. All the treachery and deceit as of late speaks to the fact that we’re getting very close .
