I must have missed that discussion. What shadiness?

She is apparently trustee of Camelot Nevada Trust, which got 70 million shares (for services) on 10/14/20 right around the time of, but before, the merger. Harry got 50 million shares (also for services) on the same day but had to give those up in the merger. Finders' fees?

The 28 million shares you are referring to were issued to her, apparently individually for a consulting contract, in April and May of this year, coincidentally right around the time of the announcement of the SAGA deal with ENZC.

There is also a 1 year $283,000 convertible loan from Camelot Nevada Trust to ENZC that was due 11/1/23 and convertible to 14 million shares.

So, she has had some involvement with ENZC since around the time of the BioClonetics-old ENZC merger and now we see that she is also trustee of BN Holdings Trust. Is she serving as trustee for someone associated with ENZC or one of its partners?

So, what's in and who are behind these trusts?
