Don't mis-lead these people. You obviously know what you are talking about BUT they can not just go downtown. If it is available through the gov't, they must purchase there first. If not, then they go downtown. Also, if a product is available, it can be had in a couple of days if not overnight. Don't make it sound so bad, even though I know that's what you are here for.
