backstabbed, the RS concern is dilution post-RS,
especially with the (AS / OS) ratio jumping 5x with the split.
if mark doubles/triples the OS rapidly post-RS
while not showing any credible evidence of production progress,
then MIKP will be lucky to hold 0001 equiv (0050 post-RS).
