if he achieved some tangible progress on a film project,
thereby offering buyers a credible sense of future revenue potential.

and an RS at that stage
would make more sense in context of shift to OTCQB
with the ticker in dollar range at same market cap.

but all this assumes mark is truly following thru on production projects.
