They shouldn’t even put it there in the first place and just update us without telling us they have plans to update. They are just giving us hope (false hope maybe) without taking any responsibility if they don’t hit the target deadline by using a play safe word “plan”.

Someone claimed, without citing any law to back it up, that NWBO had to use a word like ‘plans’ instead of ‘Will’ for a step that is 100% within their control.

Someone claimed wrong. Just read the forward looking statements disclosure in the PR.

On the core issue, I have no problem with NWBO not asserting they will certainly do so. That is reality. What I find comical is that they posted a timelime that they will be really lucky to hit if the details provided are real.
