ttmm, i doubt it. honestly, i think mark got the RS & OTCQB advice from the new consultants/advisors
and he didn't think thru the realistic market reaction,

and he might have assumed $500k market cap would hold support
because maybe he does have some good news to promo soon
and thought it would prop up the price despite the RS?

no way to know.
but i def don't think mark thought thru the reality of market reaction
to another RS after promising "no plans to RS" just a few months ago,
esp given the echos of the 2011 RS.

maybe he's reconsidering the RS now?
hope springs eternal.

if so, SPM will be happy with his cheap shares.
(but i wouldn't bet on that, myself...)
